Love this pack and the customer service as well!

I ordered a pack several years ago and we basically wore it out. I purchased a new pack, the knavigate and we love it. My frenchie sits up higher because of the extra storage. I love the waist belt as well. I did find a small hole in the fabric, but overall the pack has been great and very functional.

Pack is as advertised, very good. We use it for hiking with our 25 pound Frenchie. Fits perfectly. Would buy again.

I’m so happy I can bring this backpack and carry my dog whenever he is tired from hikes. It’s very well made and I’m glad my dog looks comfy as well!
